Huzhou Nanxun Jingtong Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer of complete Fiat timing chain kits, producing chains, tensioners, guides and sprockets for the 1.3 Multijet diesel and 1.4 T-Jet gasoline engine families. Our kits are built as direct replacement assemblies for workshops, distributors and engine rebuilders who require correct fitment and consistent material performance.
We operate two manufacturing facilities and an in-house international sales department, with a total facility footprint of 12,000 m2 across three branches. Our production follows GB/T14212-2003 and JB/T10348-200 standards, and every kit is assembled from components that meet our dimensional and hardness specifications.
Our custom car engine Fiat Timing Chain Kit company supplies complete kits for the most common Fiat engine codes. Each kit includes the timing chain, tensioner, guide rails and sprockets required for a full timing system replacement.
| Kit Reference | Engine Application | Chain Type | Key Components |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fiat Timing Chain Kit 1501 | 1.3 Multijet diesel | G53HP single row | Chain, tensioner, guide, sprocket |
| Fiat Timing Chain Kit 1502 | 1.4 T-Jet gasoline | G53HR single row | Chain, tensioner, guide, sprocket |
| Fiat Timing Chain Kit 1503 | 1.3 Multijet diesel | G53HP single row | Chain, tensioner, guide |
| Fiat Timing Chain Kit 1504 | 1.4 T-Jet gasoline | G53HR single row | Chain, tensioner, guide |
| Fiat Timing Chain Kit 1505 | 1.3 Multijet diesel | G53HP single row | Chain, tensioner, guide, sprocket |
Additional kit references 1507, 1508 and 1509 cover later production variants. Each kit is assembled with the correct chain pitch, link count and guide profile for the target engine code.
Fiat 1.3 Multijet and 1.4 T-Jet engines impose different loads on the timing drive. The diesel engine's higher compression ratio and torsional vibration require a chain with greater tensile strength and fatigue resistance, while the gasoline engine's higher maximum engine speed demands flexibility and wear resistance at elevated rpm.
These differences are not interchangeable. Cross-using a diesel chain on a gasoline engine or vice versa causes premature elongation, guide rail wear and potential valve timing faults. We maintain separate production cells and dedicated heat treatment furnaces for each variant to preserve material segregation.
Every Fiat timing chain kit passes through in-process inspection and 100% final inspection before packing. Our testing laboratory is equipped with a spectrometer, metallographic microscope, tension tester, low temperature tester, X-ray tester, MPT, UT, CMM and video measurement machine.
Our annual production capacity exceeds 5,000,000 single parts, supported by more than 100 employees including 5 engineers and 5 technicians. This capacity allows us to serve distributors and project buyers with consistent batch-to-batch quality.
Correct fitment depends on matching the kit to the engine code, not just the vehicle model. The 1.3 Multijet diesel and 1.4 T-Jet gasoline engines share similar external dimensions but require different chain specifications. We label all packaging with engine compatibility codes and recommend verifying the engine code before ordering.
| Engine Family | Example Engine Code | Chain Plate Thickness | Pin Hardness |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1.3 Multijet diesel | 199A2000 | 1.6 mm | 60–64 HRC |
| 1.4 T-Jet gasoline | 198A4000 | 1.4 mm | 56–60 HRC |
For workshops and distributors serving multiple Fiat models, we can supply mixed pallets with clear labeling for each engine variant. Our Audi Timing Chain Kit 1213 and Chevrolet 2.4 Car Engine Timing Chain Kit ranges follow the same engine-specific approach.
We support customized Fiat timing chain kits according to customer drawings or samples. Our R&D team can develop new kit configurations for engine variants not yet in our standard range, including specific chain lengths, guide profiles and tensioner settings.
To prepare an accurate quotation and kit configuration, we need the following project details. This information allows us to confirm the correct chain specification, kit contents and packaging requirements.
We reply to inquiries within 12 hours on working days. For mass production orders, our standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents, with T/T as the most common method and L/C also acceptable.
Yes. The diesel chain has thicker link plates (1.6 mm vs. 1.4 mm) and a darker, matte pin finish from deeper carburization. Gasoline chains have brighter, slightly polished pins. Guide rails also differ: diesel guides have a rougher glass-fiber texture for higher temperature resistance, while gasoline guides are smoother.
We use separate production cells and dedicated heat treatment furnaces for each variant. Diesel chains use 40Cr steel with carburization reaching 62–64 HRC, while gasoline chains use 35Cr steel with 56–60 HRC hardness. Each batch undergoes tensile testing, hardness verification and chain elongation measurement under dynamic fatigue cycles.
Early signs typically appear within 5,000–15,000 km and include metallic rattling during cold start lasting 4–6 seconds, persistent P0016 or P0017 correlation codes, and visible black sludge around the tensioner housing from accelerated bushing wear. If these symptoms appear, stop driving and have the timing system inspected immediately.
Yes. We develop custom kits according to customer drawings or samples. Provide the engine code, required components and quantity, and our R&D team will confirm feasibility and lead time for a tailored solution.
Our annual production capacity exceeds 5,000,000 single parts across all timing chain system products. This capacity supports both large distributor orders and smaller project-based requirements without compromising batch consistency.
Our products are exported to more than 20 countries, including the United States, Germany, Russia, Uruguay and Algeria. We ship from Ningbo and Shanghai ports, with air freight available from Ningbo and Shanghai airports for urgent orders.
