Critical Specifications We Control

Four properties decide whether a sprocket holds timing under load: tooth profile and pitch accuracy, bore and keyway accuracy, heat treatment and surface hardness, and chain seating. We inspect each of these before packing.

• Tooth profile: Rollers must seat fully in every tooth space with even contact across the flank.
• Bore: Machined to the specified tolerance class, typically H7, so the sprocket does not wobble on the shaft.
• Keyway: Broached and positioned relative to tooth phase so valve timing is correct from first startup.
• Hardness: Surface hardness checked against the declared range; too soft deforms, too hard chips.
• Runout: Total indicated runout kept low to avoid chain tension pulses.

Materials and Manufacturing

We use high-carbon chromium-alloy steel for sprocket production. The material grade and heat treatment are matched to the load and wear conditions of the engine family. Our manufacturing process covers forging or casting, machining, heat treatment, and final inspection.

Our factory operates under GB/T14212-2003 and JB/T10348-200 standards. We have our own testing laboratory with spectrometer, metallographic microscope, tension tester, low temperature tester, X-ray tester, MPT, UT, CMM and video measurement equipment. Finished sprockets receive 100% inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.

We produce standard sprockets from our catalogue and custom sprockets from customer drawings or samples. Custom work covers tooth count, bore diameter, keyway dimensions, hub profile, and material or heat-treatment specification.
